Chocolate Cherry Millet Mug

  • 1/2 cup cooked millet
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 Medjool date chopped
  • 1 T one-ingredient cacao chips or vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 T ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy plant-based milk
  • 1/2 banana diced small


  • In a mug or small bowl, add in the millet, frozen cherries, and chopped date, and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes. Mix in the ground flaxseed, cacao chips, and non-dairy milk. Top with diced banana, a few more frozen cherries, and a few chips, if desired.
