8organic Fuji applespeeled and diced small (into about 1/2-inch chunks)
1cupwater
1Tfresh lemon juice
1/2Tcinnamon
2dashes of salt
1/2cupcoconut sugar
Instructions
Place all ingredients into Instant Pot. Stir to combine.
Cook for 9 minutes on HIGH PRESSURE with 10 minutes of NATURAL RELEASE. Release any remaining pressure.
Mash with potato masher or blend with hand blender for a smoother sauce. If you sauce is too thin, click on SAUTE (LOW) and cook off some of the extra moisture. Serve warm or refrigerate.
Notes
Fuji apples are pretty sweet, but you can always add some extra coconut sugar or a little maple syrup after you blend if you don't think it's sweet enough for your crowd.
