Strawberry Fig Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen defrosted strawberries (or fresh!)
  • 2 T fig balsamic vinegar Try to use a thicker balsamic if you can find one. You could also use Napa Valley Naturals Grand Reserve.
  • 3 T aquafaba
  • 1/2 t Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper

Instructions

  • Blend until very smooth. Refrigerate before serving.
