Baked Gochujang Tofu

Baked Gochujang Tofu

This is a quick and easy sauce to toss your tofu in before making. You don't even need to marinade it!

Ingredients

  • 1 block organic extra-firm or firm tofu pressed and cut into bite-sized cubes

SAUCE INGREDIENTS

  • 2 t gochujang
  • 1 T low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 t agave
  • 1/2 t toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/2 t dark sesame oil (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (convection works best!)
  • Mix up the sauce ingredients in a bowl or container. Toss the tofu cubes in the sauce, completely coating them.
  • Place coated tofu cubes on a parchment paper-lined pan.
  • Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on the texture you want and how moist/cold your tofu was before you started baking it.
