Two Years Later – The Cosori Convection Toaster Oven Review

It’s been almost two years since I purchased the COSORI 11-in-1 26-Quart Ceramic Toaster Oven Air Fryer Combo from Amazon. I purchased this product after I had owned TWO Breville Smart Oven Airs that died on me. Not having unlimited counter space in my downsized kitchen, I was looking for products that combine appliances to save space. The COSORI 11-in-1 26-Quart Ceramic Toaster Oven Air Fryer Combo was just the perfect way for me to combine my toaster, air fryer, dehydrator, and even my oven if I was making a smaller batch. This kitchen appliance includes the ability to toast, warm a bagel, bake a pizza, air fry/bake/roast/sous vide (low temperature cooking), proof dough for bread or pizza dough, broil, dehydrate, and reheat. And, it’s a POWERHOUSE! I can confirm that all of these features STILL work very well.

So, how has MY COSORI 11-in-1 26-Quart Ceramic Toaster Oven Air Fryer Combo held up in the past two years? First of all, one thing I despised about the Breville Smart Oven Air is that after the front glass became dirty, it was almost impossible to clean it–even scraping with a razor blade. In the time I’ve had the COSORI 11-in-1 26-Quart Ceramic Toaster Oven Air Fryer Combo, the glass is still cleanable and can be made to look like new with a small amount of effort. However, I do have to admit that the bottom crumb-catcher tray doesn’t clean as well as I’d like. If you drip anything in the oven, it is hard to get it off–especially anything containing oil. You could cover this tray with a rectangle of foil to keep it clean, if desired. Thankfully, all of the knobs still work and the digital display is fully functioning. In additon, the racks are wearing well. I did add a non-stick crisper mat (which I cut to size) on the air-fry tray, so that’s probably why it looks like new after almost two years.

As you can see by the photo above, the Cosori version being sold today looks a bit different from mine. They’ve made some changes that look really fantastic! When I replace the one I have one day, I will look forward to this new design!

Last of all, the price. COSORI 11-in-1 26-Quart Ceramic Toaster Oven Air Fryer Combo is still close to $150 less than the Breville most of the time. However, I feel like COSORI 11-in-1 26-Quart Ceramic Toaster Oven Air Fryer Combo is a better product all around. It’s true that it doesn’t have quite the heavy feel that the Breville has (which is generally makes it seem like it would be more durable), but that doesn’t seem to matter at all. How well it works and how easily it cleans up matters way more to most people.

  1. My Breville SOA died yesterday. We are using the little Ninja that we have for our RV. I remembered reading that you recommend the Cosori review. Is it best to order the 12 in 1 or 11 in 1?
