Oil-Free Teriyaki Marinade
Excellent to marinate pressed and drained tofu before baking or air-frying them or veggies before roasting them.
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 T low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ t grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 T agave nectar or date syrup or other liquid sweetener
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and marinate tofu or veggies with this delicious marinade.
